Hi- I'm Anna! I'm so happy you have stopped by to consider using me for photography services & I'm happy to tell you a little bit about myself!
I'm a Jesus loving, homeschooling mama of 4 precious children and have been married to the love of my life for 13 years! I’m a plant addict and coffee lover. I enjoy the simple things in life and have a love for adventuring outdoors in Gods beautiful creation. I love people & can talk way too much. i have no self control when it comes to a basket of chips and a bowl of salsa & guac, Mexican food is life!
. I was born and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia. My parents gave me a love for photography at a young age. My dad used to record everything growing up and we had so many photos and videos of our childhood ! I’m so grateful for those & that’s what gave me my passion. My parents bought me my first camera in middle school , and my passion grew from there! Capturing these fleeting moments for families is one of my greatest honors!
How I got started in photography:
I have always had a passion for photography since I was young. I got my very first digital camera in middle school. My friends and I in high school never did the "normal" stuff teenagers did at that time, instead, for fun we would take my little digital camera on adventures, along with a tripod and set it up at cool locations we would find on the side of the road (probably trespassing- oops!!) and get fun artsy photos! (cheesy I know- but so much fun!) I filled the room walls at my parents house with 100's of artsy shots of places I had traveled, my friends and I jumping in the air with awesome backgrounds anywhere from in front of the Golden Gate Bridge in CA to the Empire State Building in NY! My picture wall made me so happy!
The year my husband and I got engaged, some close friends asked me to do their engagement photos. I told them that I did not take photos of other people but ended up doing it for them anyway because I loved them & I loved photos!! Little did I know, that would be the session that kick started my whole business!! Word of mouth quickly spread and I found myself doing the job of my dreams! Fast forward to now, I am in my 11th year of capturing memories but going into my 10th year of being full time! I couldn't see myself doing any other "job" in the world! My clients truly become lifelong friends. I'm so grateful for each and every one of my clients, new and old and am grateful that I have been blessed to capture so many special moments from their babies first cry to their first birthday, and from teenagers through marriage, and then having their own babies! It truly is my favorite.
